Okay, this might officially be my favorite way to kick off spooky season. 🎃🩷

If you love Halloween but aren't quite ready to give up all the bright, pretty colors of summer, Summerween is basically the perfect excuse to combine the two. Think pink pumpkins, happy little ghosts, peach and orange flowers, gingham, sweet Halloween treats and just enough black to make it feel spooky.

For this party, I wanted to create a pink Halloween party that felt girly, playful and actually doable at home—especially for a tween birthday, girls' Halloween party or backyard Halloween get-together.

And I am OBSESSED with how it came together.

The star of this setup is a simple white bounce house dressed up with a smaller asymmetrical balloon garland in pink, peach, orange, cream and a few tiny black accents.

Add clusters of pastel pumpkins, happy ghosts and fresh-looking flowers around the base and suddenly a basic backyard feels like the cutest little pink pumpkin patch.

I especially love that we kept the balloon installation relatively simple. It feels much more realistic for an actual kids' party—and makes this setup easier to recreate without hiring a full event team.

A Pink Gingham Halloween Tablescape

Then comes the table. 🩷

A pink gingham tablecloth or runner instantly gives this party that playful late-summer-meets-Halloween look.

Layer in pink plates, textured pink cups, simple gold flatware, pumpkin-shaped flower arrangements and a few sweet ghost decorations. Instead of going overly spooky, I kept everything bright, floral and cheerful.

It's basically a garden party that happened to get taken over by adorable ghosts.

Pink Pumpkin Patch Dessert Table

I mean… THIS TABLE. 🎃

A simple pink cake becomes the centerpiece surrounded by ghost cupcakes, pink and orange jack-o'-lantern cookies, pastel pumpkins, flowers and little ghost decorations.

You don't need twenty different desserts, either. A cake, cupcakes and decorated cookies are plenty when they're displayed on cake stands at different heights.

The repeated pink, peach, orange and white makes the whole dessert table look much more elaborate than it actually is.

Boo Bouquet Bar

This might be my favorite party activity of the entire setup.

Set out inexpensive bunches of pink, peach, orange and white flowers and let each girl build her own mini arrangement to take home.

We used a tiered flower display stand to separate the different flowers, which makes the station feel like a tiny flower shop and keeps everything organized.

Then add mini pumpkin vessels, floral snips and ribbon.

Pick. Arrange. Take home. 🌸👻

It's an activity and a party favor.

For a tween Halloween party, I always love having at least one activity the girls can casually come and go from.

Set out ceramic ghosts, mini pumpkins, paint pens, pastel craft paint, stickers and little embellishments and let everyone create their own.

The trick here is putting the supplies into cute little cups and organizers instead of leaving everything in the original packaging.
