Our entire party started with four colors:
Hot pink + soft pink + powder blue + silver.
Then we added small hits of woodland camo to bring in that Megan Moroney country-girl edge.
The trick is letting pink dominate while using powder blue strategically. Too much blue can turn the theme into a traditional sky party. Too much camo can make it feel rustic.

The main backdrop sets the tone for the entire party.
We used a large pink statement arch surrounded by an oversized balloon installation in shades of pink, powder blue and white.
Then came the fun details:
The oversized “Oh My Gosh, Am I Okay?” wording makes the backdrop unmistakably Megan-inspired without covering every surface in text. Use a Cricut Cutting Machine to make the vinyl lettering for the arch.
This becomes the obvious spot for birthday photos, group pictures and karaoke.

Cloud 9 Birthday Tablescape
The main table is where the whole Megan Moroney Cloud 9 party really comes together. We kept the tablescape bright, girly and concert-inspired with a soft powder-blue tablecloth, hot-pink accents, silver details and just enough sparkle to tie it back to the main stage.
At the center, the heart-shaped “OMG! It’s Your Birthday” cake becomes the focal point, surrounded by disco balls and a platter of Cloud 9 cookies. One of the cutest hands-on activities at this party was our Cloud 9 mirror decorating station. We kept the mirrors simple and concert-inspired, then let the girls customize the backs with rhinestones, pearls, bows and tiny silver charms.

This little corner gives the party a fun backstage lounge feel while doubling as another easy activity for guests. We set up a pink director’s chair beside the Fan Sign Studio, then layered in white cowboy boots, a sparkly hat, Cloud 9 signs, markers, letter stickers and plenty of pink + powder-blue craft supplies.
Guests can make a concert-style fan sign, write an encore request, or pose for photos before heading back to the main stage. It also gives the party a more relaxed “hang out between activities” moment instead of every station feeling like a formal craft table.
